Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

The sales person Kim had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. I also liked the design and look of the 2025 Denali Canyon So far like the truck but still getting sed the all the controls.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. Great dealer to deal with; 1 would recommend them to anyone.

Had this car since 2012, not even 100,00 miles yet, in great condition and paid for. Excellent car! Great on trips! If taken care of, would recommend this as a very good buy.

Our salesman, Cody Schuhart, was very polite and very helpful. We liked it that he wasn't pressuring us to make a purchase. He answered any and all questions we had. When we saw an interior color we liked he jumped right on it and found one in Oshkosh. When we made the deal the vehicle was in Appleton within an hour to hour and a half! Plus he is willing to help us with the vehicle options on how to use some of them that are new to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience in purchasing our 2026 Equinox.

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Great vehicle with room for seven and plenty of cargo space. A great motorhome TOAD thru model year 2017. Powerful V-6 engine and smooth shifting transmission.

Fernando was very helpful, and the process was very efficient. The only problem I had, and everyone else in the country, is prices are higher than what they should be, but I can't recieve fair value for my trade in.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

We worked with Robert Parsons and he was amazing. He efffiently walked us through the process and found the best fit for us. In a day and age when there is so much information to digest, Robert made the process seamless.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.
