Trevor and Damon awesome service writers make sure your s*** is taken care of and the technicians know what the problem is and you couldn't ask for better service writers. Their technicians are great my vehicle was under warranty third party warranty and everything was covered they even found problems that I didn't know that I had and made sure they was taken care of I wouldn't recommend any other service department or service writers to deal with my vehicle at all. These are the people you want to take your vehicle to. They are on top of things yes it took a little longer than what I thought but everything came out great my vehicle is running wonderful and they all did a wonderful job every one of them. I bought the vehicle from them their sales department is also unbelievably nice generous and honest.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

We had a great buying experience purchasing our new truck. We found the truck online and contacted the dealership. Donnie got in touch will us and answered all our questions promptly and we then made a 3 hour drive to see it the next day. They were ready for us and the whole purchase experience was so easy. Would definitely recommend them.
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.

I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

Need to purchase a Lexus!! Call Eric Baskette. Eric is an Excellent Sales & Leasing Consultant. I scheduled an appointment with him to assist my friends, the Parks. Eric is a subject matter expert on his products. He explained the features on their new car, allowed an ample test drive, answered all of their questions, treated them like they were guests in his home. Very professional and hospitable. He delivered an Excellent Customer Experience. He gave my friends a tour of the dealership, introduced them to their new service advisor, John Dean, and made the Parks Lexus experience fun and memorable. Call Eric Baskette. Excellent Customer Service and Expertise! He went over and above. Eric cares! Thank you, Eric. Carol Wesley

Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Great experience! Danielle was great to work with on the purchase of my Honda Accord!
2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Very good service and very beautiful buying the vehicles
2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

2026 Buick Enclave review
We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

I made my appointment with Nathen, and he was helpful in getting me all that I needed. While at the dealership, Nathen kept me informed along the way. All work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned to me clean and ready to go. When paying, the cashier was helpful & kind. I appreciate the kind and courteous service at John Jones in Corydon, IN so much that I drive the extra distance to have my vehicle serviced specifically at this location. Thank You.
2025 Buick Enclave review
I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Chandler Johnson was our salesman. We purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse. Chandler was respectful, not pushy in any way, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its many features. He was extremely patient in explaining the features and the technology. He maintained professionalism throughout (even when his supervisor had a little meltdown and thought we didn’t know).

From the very first contact, this experience has been great. Very professional and very friendly. Got a good price for my trade in and a GREAT deal on my new car. Matt and Richard were terrific. I had to make a long drive, but it was well worth the trip. I will buy from them again in the future.
2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

2026 Buick Enclave review
I have nothing but great things to say about my car, Its roomy, quiet, beautifully designed, smooth lines. Like better than my former car (Acura mdx-SH AWD) Interior is nice and clean especially with long display screen. Complementary OnStar until 2034 is awesome for turn-by-turn navigation. It rides very good on highway. No mechanical issues to speak of so far. Low interest rate of 2.9%

Very friendly staff and super easy to work with. Buying process was as absolutely smooth as can be.
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Extremely personable and friendly staff. Was a pleasure to work with especially with a purchase of this size. The cleanest shop we’ve ever seen! Technically smart and explained all very well.
2026 Buick Enclave review
We bought this car new and have had it for about a month now, so I can’t speak to the reliability yet. Hit the 3,000 mile mark yesterday. We took a short trip of 240 miles, and one long trip of 904 miles. The car performed perfectly and the super cruise was fantastic as we used it appropriately 80% of the time on our long trip. Our shorter trip (240 miles) yielded 27.4 mpg. The longer trip 26.6 mpg. Combined highway and city driving to date is at 24.6. I don’t mind the 2.5 liter turbo 4 as much as I thought I would. Loving the ride and comfort especially on the longer trip. This is our third Enclave and so far we are really enjoying it. Long term reliability is yet to be determined.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

2020 Buick Enclave review
Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I wasn’t too sure about it when I bought it as some reviews I had seen weren’t very good, but certain years did/do have issues. I checked and the 2021 does not. But for being a compact SUV I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely love this little car.

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended
