2024 Buick Encore GX review
For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

2025 Buick Envision review
I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I went there to replace my rear shocks, I had replaced them back in august last year with an auto shop and they were already leaking. Went a few times to the same auto shop complaining of noises coming from the rear. And they claimed everything was fine. The guy that worked on my car claimed that worked at Kia previously. Shame on you. I decided this time to go to Mastria Kia. And not only they replaced my shocks but completed 3 Recalls I had that I thought only one was needed. What a great team. 2015 Buick Encore review
The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Just so you know, I promise you that despite the all 5-stars, this is not a fake review. This was the second time that my wife and I were in the market for a gently used Chevy. Of course, there is another Chevy dealership in the Brockton area, but when we bought from them, it was your typical high-pressure, impersonal used car sales treatment--in other words, we were not very important to them, just a milestone on the way to their quota. Fast forward to 2022. We met Dave Neudeck at McLaughlin for the first time. It was proverbial night and day. He went the extra mile to get us into a vehicle that met our needs--an almost-new Equinox we did not realize was available at a great price and rate. Now, fast forward to this week (April 2023). I was thinking of trading in our Malibu to get an Equinox for myself (so my wife's would not be lonely). No hesitation, I called Dave. He returned my call quickly and we made an appointment. Plot twist: we just rescued a dog that still has separation anxiety . He said, no problem, bring him in too. While we test drove the Equinox, Dave kept our pup company in the back seat! Dare I say, between him and Joel in the finance office (who asked the right questions and got us a rate and a lender that not only saves us money, but is convenient for us--we already have an existing relationship with them; the other place sent us somewhere else that we never heard of before). Bottom line, buying a car at McLaughlin was actually a pleasant experience. And Dave has customers for life (and a new friend in our canine companion!) So, if you are in the Brockton area, skip the big guys and go to Whitman to McLaughlin and ask for Dave Neudeck. He--and the rest of the folks there (great service dept. too)--will treat you right.
2015 Buick Encore review
Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. Almost the entire transaction was handled over the phone which made our experience seamless being we were traveling over 2hrs away. Once we arrived at the dealership, Danny was focused on our needs and considerate of our time constraints. He also introduced us to General Manager, Gil Silva who helped facilitate us getting exactly what we needed/wanted with ease and with a family-oriented feel for our sales transaction. While we waited for the Business Manager, Dennis Yu to prepare all the financial paperwork - we were offered lunch which was a lovely touch. Before we knew it, our paperwork was ready to sign with the financing secured at the rate promised. While most clients dread going into the Finance office; Dennis was prepared and offered us the coverages that we needed without any pressure of selecting anything. We would highly recommend GMC of Attleboro to friends/family or anyone else reading this review! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and made us feel like we were the only customers in the dealership. The facility was also very impressive, modern, clean/organized and offered many amenities throughout the Service Dept. [customer waiting lounge, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi] *Note: The second vehicle we were purchasing had not arrived at the dealership on the day we visited but that didn't stop Danny & the rest of the team at GMC of Attleboro from making the process of delivering it to us easy! The paperwork was sent ahead of time, the drivers delivered the vehicle in pristine condition, and they were both very polite and excited for us. Thank you to Danny, Gil and the entire team at GMC of Attleboro for making our dual vehicle purchase one we will never forget! This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Thank you David and George! please keep up the good work.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2022 Buick Encore review
Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.
