Used Cadillac CT5 for sale near Highland Park, TX

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

Came in for a recall i found on a BMW purchased from another buyer, they fixed it, did an inspection, and washed my car for free. Will definitely return.

I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I recommend the 550T option. What a fun driver. The interior height is low if you have the sun roof option. The new colors are great as well.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I was online and scheduled a test drive for the next morning. When I arrived, Xavier Perez met me and had the vehicle ready for me. Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.
