We are definitely happy with our interactions, so much that I had an appointment the following day to purchase a Ford Bronco for myself and ended up canceling my appointment and purchasing a Canyon AT4X the following day. So 2 car sales in 2 days. All due to the treatment we received and to be clear feeling comfortable and not being bombarded with a heavy hand to make a decision until we were ready. We also believe we received a fair deal. In addition, I was not happy with the rims on the truck which was almost a deal breaker for me. Purely because I had a vision of what I wanted. Ben, Frank and Chris worked to find me options and Ben found the exact rims I was looking to purchase. We are taking both cars in on Friday for the accessories and they even made sure we have a car to drive while our new cars are being completed. Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC.
