I worked with Daniel Brendler. Because of his knowledge, experience, and easy going personality, I will definitely come back to him when I am ready to purchase a vehicle.
2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Smooth and easy. Bought my Cadillac and got it shipped. Communication was excellent, and was updated every step of the way.
2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

The most low-stress experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! There was no pressure to buy nor did they try to up-sell us to the top of our budget. Everything was really honest and above-board. I will buy from them again the next time we need a vehicle!

A very pleasant experience with Miguel Ramos. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I am happy to have gotten this experience while buying my new car.
2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

🚘💭I got a good car, at a good price all thanks to ASHLEY! I LOVE the customer service. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making the sale happen, and getting my credit approved. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the price. Now, my credit is better than it was before, and even new credit cards are being approved! Thank you :) 💳 I spoke with the competitors after the fact, and they confirmed that I got a good deal. They admitted that they would have charged me more! Also, they might not have even approved me to begin with.

5 Stars! I recently purchased my Mercedes from NJ Auto Sales and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The car has been absolutely great, and the team there made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — they answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. They also helped me secure a great interest rate with a solid bank, which made the deal even better. I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends, and I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car!

D & P Auto SalesReviews
D & P Auto Sales review
I’ve bought two cars from D&P Auto, and when I need another one, I’ll definitely go back. Before finding D&P, I found car shopping really stressful. Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I’m not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car — I just want the best quality for my money — and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional. Highly recommend.
2017 Cadillac Escalade review
This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.

Always a positive experience at JKJ Auto. My family and I have been buying cars here for years, and they never disappoint. Excelent service. Just purchased my last one and my car salesman Sebastian was super professional, knowledgeable and polite. Very thankful.

Great experience overall!! Professional and transparent. Called and asked them the out the door price on my Chevy I purchased with them and gave me all of the information I needed before I took the 4 hour trip. My truck is just like I saw it on photos. This is the place where you should buy your car.

I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

Trust AutoReviews
Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.
