My wife and I had a great experience with F.C. Kerbeck when purchasing our new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales person Greg Henkel was awesome to deal with. He did not pressure us in anyway and that is one thing I respect. The dealership itself was awesome to deal with. My 7 year old daughter was starting to get hungry after being there a few hours and the dealership went and bought us lunch. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!!

Mine was an entirely a long-distance transaction. Seeing the car I wanted in an Internet listing, I had an easy time dealing with the sales person, Mr. Cala. He was helpful and responsive. Paperwork concluding the transaction is a different matter. They have their procedures. For example, a document that required notarization was notarized when I went to someone and signed the document before her. No, says the dealership. The fact the document I signed conformed to the one they sent which said "subscribed before me" was not what they wanted. They wanted me to sign the document and then a day or so later their notary would sign as if I had been before her on the date by my signature. Also, I was required to sign a form that said that I knew as a fact that the dealership did not engage in predatory lending practices! Oh the legal advice they are getting! The information they gave me about the car, their willingness to arrange and pay for its shipment to me, and Mister Cala's efforts, compensated for the tyranny of their forms and procedures.
I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.

Searching on line for BMW Z4. Found perfect variety of upscale cars. Once at the dealership the inventory selection of high end cars was awesome. Three Z4's in inventory but was taken by extremely low mileage Mercedes SL500. Worked out the deal directly with the owner. No back and forth with entry level sales staff to a sales manager. Great experience. Was treated like his next door neighbor.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Joe Wilson sold my wife and I a new 2017 Escape, and it was a fantastic experience. Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.

The service department has been excellent
There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. "Dealer" in definition is the only similarity between Sky Motors and anywhere else.. this is people helping people get what they want. Brett, Justin and the entire team - Thank you!! Best car buying experience ever!!!
