MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWNReviews
2022 Cadillac Escalade review
Things I love: SuperCruise, quiet ride, independent suspension, other innovative tech features. Cadillac is ahead of most Euro brands and all American brands when it comes to the technology they have put in this vehicle. Really eager to see how UltraCruise works and I hope it can update 2022 models. Things I don't love: Low power compared to Euro brand large SUVs. Interior is close but not quite as nice as the higher level Range Rover and Mercedes SUVs. The new model is actually slower 0-60 and through the slalom than the last model that ended in 2020. The list of constrained items seems odd. Monochrome badges? Not many semiconductors in those I don't think. Other items too that are more understandable, but I would have liked some notice and the opportunity to wait for them. Instead, the car just shows up with whatever they had in stock that day. The window sticker is like a scratch-off. What features did I win??? Things I absolutely hate: Why put radio controls on the steering wheel if I can't use them while driving? Why not use that space for something that I can use while driving like VIRTUALLY EVERY OTHER MENU in the infotainment system? Isn't that the point of putting something on the wheel? Climate control perhaps, which I have to look farther down and take my hands off the wheel to adjust anyway. Why disallow me from selecting a song while driving in the first place, either on the wheel or the main display? What's my option, remove my hands from the wheel and pick up my phone and look at it while driving? Unbelievably poor "safety" decision there, GM, assuming people will just accept the restrictions and completely failing to understand human nature. Every person who causes an accident from looking at his or her phone because they couldn't pick a song from the display or the steering wheel while driving in one of these cars is now kinda on your watch. Every car I've had since 2007 has allowed me to select songs and navigate music while driving, including my 2016 Escalade, all from the steering wheel, where I don't have to look down too far and can keep the road in my vision, and KEEP MY HANDS ON THE WHEEL. Do better. In fact, remove this ridiculous unsafe restriction in a firmware update and make your existing cars like every other manufacturer out there. Oh, and don't blame Apple CarPlay. I don't use it, don't have it turned on, have it locked on my phone, and I connect straight to the car with Bluetooth. It's not them, it's you. (And using Apple CarPlay doesn't allow that function either, so I can't get around the restriction by engaging it.)

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.
2021 Cadillac Escalade review
We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

McLaren PhiladelphiaReviews
McLaren Philadelphia review
The dearlership & salesman, Scott Evans were the best I've worked with since dealing with, buying & selling cars since 1972. They first gave me nearly the same amount I paid for my Mclaren 570GT in trade-in. Just prior to final purchase, the dealership provided over $9,000 of changes & improvements to the $256,000 Mclaren 720S I bought from them including, replacing two door lifting hydraulic shocks without any requests or prodding from me AND at no cost to me. After purchase & we had returned home with the 720, I found a small chip in the paint on the front hood of the car. They coordinated the repair with two specialty paint/body shops for the 4-part Mclaren paint. They said the dealership would cover the cost of a spot repair if it worked, but it would cost about $3,300 if the shop had to paint the entire hood. The body shop was not satisfied with the spot repair and proceeded to paint the entire hood. When I picked the car up, Scott told me everything was free of charge. The paint job was perfect in every way. The dealership gave us some accessories like hats, shirts & a 18 inch x 4 inch Mclaren logo to apply to the windshield - also free of charge. They stay in touch with me and include me in invites to owner gatherings & displays at the dealership and road rallies with other Mclaren owners. They are the best I've ever seen.

CarNu SalesReviews
CarNu Sales review
Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. They're totally fair, honest, and respectful.

2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

2022 Cadillac Escalade review
I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Vinny was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all questions. He was thorough when I took delivery of the truck and took his time to answer all questions about the vehicle and ensured that we were comfortable before driving home.

Battaglia Auto Sales Retail review
My wife purchased a car from Joe and Batagglia Auto back in the fall and has been very happy with her purchase. She came across a minor issue with the car a short time after the 3-month warranty and Joe made sure to help her out. This is the type of service and good faith that will bring us back to Batagglia next time!

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
Showed up at the dealership from 2 hours away without calling first. Luckily the car was still there. Ricky Dietrich was incredibly helpful and walked us thru the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was great but he stood out seeming like he genuinely cared about what we needed rather than just getting a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent in 2 customers in the past 6 months who were also treated great.

2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

DELAWARE CADILLACReviews
DELAWARE CADILLAC review
I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. Thank you, I have never been treated this well by a car dealer. ( Cadillacs are more than a car!) T. A. Olin To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a 2025 CT4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. Shortly after, I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and found that the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I reached out to Toni Spille in the service department, who promptly scheduled an appointment to address both concerns. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. I have never been treated this well by a car dealer—and I firmly believe that Cadillacs are more than just a car! Sincerely, T. A. Olin

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Khader was very helpful. I came in looking for a car with a huge balance from my previous car and he helped me get into a newer car and helped me achieve the payment I was looking for. They are all very helpful and they are not the typical pushy salesman. A very nice establishment to purchase a car from. Thanks again Khader!

Matt Blatt Mitsubishi review
I just wanted to say upon purchasing a vehicle from Matt Blatt dealership and the family my salesperson was Mark C. He assisted myself and husband along with his colleague Mr. Nate with a NEW vehicle. I appreciate all the help and effort that they went through to make it happen with getting us approved along with the finance manager and the GM. I have purchased three vehicles along with referring family because of the type of vehicles that they have and they go above and beyond to help their customers. I encourage anyone if you're looking for a nice vehicle a new vehicle a used vehicle come to glassboro New Jersey and you will be pleasantly surprised they go above and beyond it's all about customer service you will drive away in a brand new car. You will have a new profound family dealing with this car dealership they will never leave you hanging and I know that from experience. I am very happy! Anybody here can help you but I have always been satisfied when dealing with this car dealership! Mattt Blatt glassboro New Jersey. The James's
2021 Cadillac Escalade review
As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

2023 Cadillac Escalade review
i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.
