I strongly recommend this Dealer! From day one they took excellent care us. They worked with me to find what car would fit. After about a week of searching and comparing with other dealerships, they got the right car for me with the price and options meeting our needs. On top of that they installed a remote start. I thank Joseph for his friendliness, patience and honesty. A+ we will be back.

Matt Swoboda (sales manager) has always been friendly and ready to meet our every reasonable need. Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. Service and courtesy is what Woodhouse Lincoln does best, if not, talk to Matt. We have enjoyed our long relationship with this dealership and hope you enjoy it as well.

I have delt with woodhouse for several years and have bought multiple vehicles through woodhouse. We have been satisfied with our results, Brian Sich has been our dealer for a majority of our purchases always helpful in finding the right vehicle for our family needs. The sales staff Dave Moody (and there was another gentleman who's name escapes me) was very helpful during the buying process and the service staff are great. Chris kept me updated on a daily basis as to the status of my vehicle which H&H had for 6 weeks. Finance agreed to reimburse me 1 months payment because of the length of time H&H had my vehicle. I however do not have the same praise for the sales manager (I believe his name is Dave?). He was presumptuous and brash during the buying process and he is the reason I would not recommend your dealership to a friend who is in the market to purchase a vehicle but I would recommend your service to a friend if they ever needed to take their vehicle in for repairs or upkeep.
My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Equinox from Huber on Dec. 9th. Our sales experience was one of the best I've ever had. We were greeted by Mike L. when we came inside. From the start it was a great first impression, he knew the vehicle we we're talking about without looking it up. The test drive was great Mike helped us out with directions cause we didn't know Omaha that well ¿. I never felt like he was a pressure salesman, he never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. I like when a salesman can carry on a conversation as a person not just about the car. He made everything super easy!! He handed us over to Steve in finance who was super nice. He made everything go super quick, especially with the digital screen for signing which was cool. He explained everything very well, all the plans & options and always said it was up to us. Never once feeling pressure (other than from my wife lol). They did a great job cleaning the car again for us and helped set up the phone to the car. I have worked at dealerships in service positions and understand how important it is to have realistic expectations but still have high expectations as well. I was blown away by how great our service was and how quick and easy everything was. I will start with Huber Chevrolet the next time I'm ready to buy a vehicle and will tell everyone that when they are shopping to go there as well. Thanks for the great service, we love our new Equinox!!
I live in Indianapolis and found a 1979 Camaro online at this location. The salesman John Graham did an incredible job giving me the additional information I requested. Never pressuring and communicating well via e-mail, text and phone calls at my request. When I decided to purchase, Randy in financing finished the deal with ease with an even cheaper price than I agreed on. WOW! They picked me up at the airport curb and after a 26 mile ride to the dealership I was soon on the road with my new ride. I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've ever had from a car dealership. Stress free! Thank you Gentlemen for everything you've done for me.
