I went to Auto Enterprise after doing a search on Cars.com, The car I wanted was a bit too high but I sent out a request anyway. Pete personally messaged me and asked If I wanted. When I said the price was out of my way he asked what I could do. They lowered the price and monthly payments to fit my budget.
When I went to pick up my car there were no extra fees, no shady deals, no bait and switch. I got my car, my papers signed, and I was out the door with a smile. If you need a used car, BUY HERE.
Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
My experience with Clearwater Toyota was excellent. Sales person very helpful in deciphering add ons, extra care and "explaining" it. It took only a day to find a new car I was searching for. The day they retrieved the M/V from another dealer they did everything with DMV etc and I was driving my new car home that same day.
We purchased a truck for my son and the experience was very pleasant. We didn't feel pressured and everyone we dealt with was very kind to deal with and actually seemed to care about us. The truck is in very good shape and we felt like we got a fair deal. Overall, very pleased and would buy here again.
Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I found one in particular that I was interested in. I reached out via email and was put in contact with April. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Her customer service was priceless. Without ever seeing the vehicle in person I purchased it and had it delivered to New York where I reside. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. All around this company cares about their customers and their quality of work. Finding indivduals or even a company like this is rare to come by. I guarantee I will be doing buisness with Bayshore Automotive in the future.
Got me into the car I wanted despite our credit situation. Was not the best deal but the deal got done which is what I needed and I'll refinance down the road but for now im smiling ear to ear. Everytime I called which was about 10-20 times got treated with respect. The owner took good care of me. Thank you all.
