Had an oil change on my new XT5 yesterday. My usual service guy left Heritage last summer so I was feeling a little lost. Mark took care of me yesterday and he was awesome. He is a great guy. Thanks Heritafe, for hiring such nice people.
Brought in my damaged DTS in Nov. 2018. Heritage employees explained what the body shop would do,length of time and helped with the rental car. A pleasant surprise to get my car back, looking almost brand new! Teamwork as well as personal touch are hallmarks of Heritage Cadillac.

It was a little puzzling to me that the service tech said i needed immediate attention to new wipers, when i just had them put on by Heritage on March 1, 2018. Did Heritage sell me used wipers? They should last more than 8 months when we have not had great rainfall or any ice yet!
In the passed I always brought my car in for service and I have been totally. However, this one particular time which has been recently I have some concerns about my repair in which I do believe I will have to take my car back to the dealership to rectify an issue in which I thought as a loyal customer my service would have been much better.
Usually do good job but caused me inconvenience this time...

I was there because of a recall on the power steering system. It was suggested that I have the cooling system flushed. I agreed. 72 hours later my check engine light comes on. I take the car back and I am told a hose was loose. It may have been because I ???ran over something or they may have forgotten to reconnect it???. Mistakes happen but I think you should at least offer to compensate the customer ( just a little sign of appreciation) for the time they spent making an additional trip to the dealership in the rain after cancelling appointments that they had scheduled to take care of something else that they need to take care of. By the way...we both know (the service department and me) that it was a mistake made by the mechanic...I did not ???run over something??? and cause the problem...
I contemplated not going with Rizza because I didn???t care for the first car salesman I dealt with but thanks you their UNBELIEVABLE deal it brought me back and thank you to the wonderful Amanda (she???s seriously great!) I told her I???d prefer to deal with someone else and she gave me the BEST guy there. Mark Hoover truly made it the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was the third car I???ve purchased and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience. Mark is kind, knows what he???s talking about, and went out of his way to make my experience outstanding. There are not enough nice things to say about this guy, that I hardly know, but after a couple short hours grew to appreiciate so much. Please do yourself the favor and make an appointment with him, I can guarantee you that you will not regret it. Also shout out to Mike for working those bank deals! Definitely consider them for your next car purchase.
