We are previous Cadillac owners and knew the XTS4 was the one for us. We researched this important purchase by on line sites as well as lots of local test drives. When looking at the Norwood Cadillac site, we found the exact car for us and at a great price. I contacted Nicole through the on line portal and much to my surprise, was contacted immediately. We came down the next day and were warmly greeted by George Belovich as soon as we entered the service floor. We drove the car and made the deal within 45 minutes thanks to George's expertise and obvious experience in sales. When it came to pick up our XTS4, he explained the many features of the car to us and made sure we understood everything before we left. I had a chatter in the rear end of the car when turning and accelerating from a stop. My service advisor, Anthony Longa, helped me by taking care of the problem. He got me a courtesy vehicle while my Cadillac was being serviced. I believe its the service people who are the most important to a successful dealership. Best of all my Cadillac is perfect thanks to Anthony and the techs.
Like everyone else, I did plenty of research before heading to the dealership. I was already a Cadillac owner. Ed McMullin took the sales process one step higher. Despite the fact that I was already planning to buy an XT5, he was thorough about explaining all of the features, improvements since the SRX and completely impressed me with his knowledge of the car and enthusiasm for the car. He is the only car salesman I can say I have been impressed by. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Sadly, however, I'm the only Cadillac owner among my F/F. After a few weeks of incredibly horrendous salespersons, I came across Elio Espino of Cadillac of Norwood. What brought me there is that they had the used vehicle, an Escape in the color and the options I was looking for. From the time I met Elio until I drove off with my Escape the process was nothing less than exceptional. No pressure and more knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot than one would expect. I would never buy a vehicle just because of the salesman, but I sure have walked off my share of lots because of them.

The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.

Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. Went in on Black Friday for the advertised deals, zero finance or rebates. Worked with Paul Macchi on my first new truck purchase in 17yrs. Paul was professional and courteous throughout the process. Paul clearly explained the numbers and the benefits of both the rebates and zero financing. Paid what I thought was a good price and would definitely recommend Imperial and ask for Paul Macchi.
I just wish to start off by saying the customer interaction is beyond an excellent rating. From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial.
You couldn't find a better group of people to work with. They helped me know my new car before I left parking lot . I felt very confident . I have never felt this comfortable No pressure . It was a great experience.
