Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of Doing business with. No wasting hours with back-and-forth games. It was a good and fair deal for all.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

It's my third Acura from Phil Smith, always a great service. My sales rep Neville Green was very pleasant to work with and did a great job negotiating the final price.
2017 Cadillac XT5 review
We purchased this vehicle from a cadi dealer. At $31,200 it was reasonable. Today, 6 years later, you pay 10 grand more for new mid size cars. It had been a leased car with 25,000 miles. Have now owned it for 6 years and have driven it only 22,000 miles. Dealer was poor but that has nothing to do with the automobile. VERY comfortable, quiet, nice riding. Very good sound system. Has the V-6 and for a vehicle of this size and weight gets excellent gas mileage. Driving hwy. @ 60 mph gets 30 mpg, mixed about 23-24. Good visibility and backup camera. Lots of safety features. Beautiful paint. Just had to have a small engine part replaced. Part cost $27, labor $500 from my honest mechanic. Would have cost $200-$300 more @ dealer. Only repair so far and nly complaint. I replaced battery, as maintenance, 2 years ago. Air and cabin filters + oil changes are maintenance issues. Just discovered tranny service required at 45,000 miles. Will be done.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach)Reviews
CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach) review
On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales person. I was sitting in the driver's seat of the car I wanted when the sales rep returned without the keys to say that someone had just purchased that car online. Without skipping a beat she said there's two more for you to choose from. In fact, I likes the dark gray exterior better than the white. The Super Package takes driving to a new level!
2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Great car. This is my 3rd new XT5. I got the car with optional V6 engine so it has plenty of power. I also got the car with Premium Luxury option, so it is loaded with nice features.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

My product specialist,, Carlos Isava, made the purchase process comfortable & smooth. He was professional, knowledgeable, and is very personable. Alex in finance also, allowed me to feel comfortable in that phase. He, too was friendly & professional. Not once did I feel pressured by either gentlemen. I would definitely recommend Ed Morse Sawgrass. My experience was great!

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevrolet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. David Ocker was our salesperson, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games or surprise add ons at the end. They also gave us the best trade in offer we had seen after checking a few other dealers. Once we decided on the vehicle, the paperwork moved quickly and we were done in under an hour. If you're in the market for a new truck, I'd recommend asking for David. Great experience overall.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.
