In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I’ve owned 8 vehicles in my lifetime and have driven about 30 different cars, and I can confidently say the 2018 Cadillac XT5 is literally the best-handling car I’ve ever driven. Driving Experience: The handling is exceptional—smooth, responsive, and surprisingly agile for a midsize SUV. Whether on city streets, highways, or winding roads, the XT5 stays composed and feels incredibly secure. The suspension does an excellent job of absorbing bumps while maintaining a sporty, controlled ride. Interior & Comfort: The interior design is second to none. The XT5's cabin is on par with any top luxury brand I’ve encountered. Premium materials like leather seating, soft-touch surfaces, and tasteful accents create a space that feels both stylish and sophisticated. The seats are extremely comfortable, even on longer drives, and there's plenty of room for passengers to stretch out. Features & Amenities: This car comes loaded with luxury-level amenities, yet it’s far more affordable than similar options that can cost 20-30% more. Features like the intuitive infotainment system, touchscreen controls, Bose premium sound system, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration make it feel modern and connected. We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Some were cosmetic, some mechanical, and some were simply manufacturer defects — the type of things that can easily make you regret a purchase. But the one thing that made all the difference, and the reason we continue to stay loyal to Cadillac of Beverly Hills, is the extraordinary customer service from Service Manager Daniel Lorenzana and Owner Dan Broderick. From our very first conversation with Dan, he took the time to listen. Not rush us, not brush us off, but truly listen to every concern — and then take ownership of making it right. In a world where dealerships often forget the meaning of “customer service,” Dan still believes in it. He follows through, he communicates, and he genuinely cares. And then there’s Daniel Lorenzana, the Service Manager, who has been outstanding every single time we’ve had to bring the Escalade in. And truthfully, we’ve had to bring it in many times — far more than any new owner would expect. But Daniel never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He handles every issue with professionalism, patience, and a sincerity that is hard to find anymore. Even when the problem has nothing to do with the dealership — when it’s a GM or manufacturer defect — Daniel still treats it like his responsibility to help us get through it. What we appreciate most is that this dealership treats you the same whether you’re a celebrity, a CEO, or just everyday customers like us who financed their dream car. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is located in one of the most high-profile cities in the world, but they give you a small-town, “we know you by name” level of service that you rarely see anymore. At one point, we were genuinely frustrated with the vehicle itself — not the dealership — and despite everything, Dan and Daniel continued to go above and beyond to repair, reassure, and make things right. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to work through every concern is exactly why, even if we ever needed a replacement vehicle, we would choose them again without hesitation. This has been my dream car, and while the process hasn’t always been perfect, the people at this dealership have been. And that matters far more than any defect a manufacturer can produce. 2023 Cadillac XT5 review
Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.
