We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

2021 Cadillac Escalade review
We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.
2021 Cadillac Escalade review
I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

2022 Cadillac XT4 review
Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

2025 Cadillac LYRIQ review
Great car and EV. Good range, easy charging, very comfortable ride. Good acceleration, magazines and FB talk about the acceleration of other EVs, meh. The Lyriq accelerates up to speed just fine. Cruise and driver panel works well.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I’ve driven my 2024 Lyric Sport 3 since May 2024. I get stopped at traffic lights and in parking lots by people asking about it and telling me how beautiful it is. It had some technical difficulties, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with simple settings changes or software updates. It’s not as fast off the line as my 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT was, but the smooth ride and more reliable tech makes it worthwhile. It’s the most beautiful and technologically advanced cars I’ve ever driven, and I love it.

2015 Cadillac SRX review
This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.
