I am usually skeptical about small used car lots but I went in to see a used AudiTT. The saleswoman was very friendly and wasn’t dismissive about my financial circumstances. She and the owner tried to get me financing but it didn’t work out for my budget. The owner is a really nice guy and gave me advice on how to help my credit score so that I can get a car in the future and he talked from his own personal experience. Very nice people!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
I had a really good experience buying a vintage Ferrari 328 there. They were very communicative, let me have it inspected by 2 different mechanics, and delivered it from Anaheim to Los Angeles for me. Nick Eves was extremely helpful thru the process.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I was looking for specific features in a Chevy Bolt. They responded very quickly and explained the available discounts clearly. They provided "out the door (OTD)" quotes, which is very helpful so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately, they didn't have a car with the add-ons I wanted.
GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, SALESMAN ANTONIO WAS GOOD AND FUN, HE TOOK MY BARBS AND KIDDING IN STRIDE. RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE.

sold me car with no spare tire. Once they finally agreed to give me a spare, service department doesn't answer phone or call back when you leave message.
This dealership seems overwhelmed, understaffed.
They were really quick in replying. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. Jose was nice enough to contact me and was understanding when I was unable to go in to see the vehicle.
