Extremely profesional and knowledgeable! No xx dealership! I highly recommend them!! I visited the dealership and appraised (based on milage and real condition of the car), once I had the correct value for the car and interest rate for financing, I made my offer, and once they confirmed the numbers, we made the deal in less than 15 minutes! I did visit a few dealerships were I wasted my time! Some dealerships don’t take the time to look at garbage they are selling. They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car. All the information I needed is easily accessible, if you know where to look. I deal with facts not averages!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

I have owned this Escalade for a year. Very impressive. Car does what it was designed to do. Luxurious, powerful, comfortable. Most impressive. Gas mileage? No. But, that is not why I bought it. I am very pleased with the car. I grew up with Cadillacs (my Dad currently has three), drove Chevys for years, and now own my first Cadillac. There is a difference! The details, attention to quality, fit and finish, and that beautiful Cadillac crest make owning it special. So nice.

Writing this review in 2025 when this Escalade is 21 years old. Good 5.3 motor with 121k miles, regular oil changes. Maintenance kept up with. Second owner. A great SUV, very comfortable seats! Looking to upgrade but with prices on newer years I may be keeping. This Escalade exceeded my expectations since I usually get a newer car every few years. It’s like a member of the family!

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

I bought my last car (Infinity Q50 hybrid) from Amir ! The car was a great price! He stayed there a few extra hours because we went through some bad weather getting there ! I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. Zac and ito were amazing and made the process painless for me.

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
