Bought a 2020 xt4 premium luxury 350T and so far I am liking the way the car handles. I love the remote auto start and remote trunk release! I also love that I can start the car, open and lock the car from my Cadillac phone app! Would definitely recommend this sporty and luxury suv!

Dylan was really great to work with! He was funny, down to earth and listened to my needs. His manager Don was also extremely nice. I really hit it off with the finance manager "Sammy"! All in all, they all treated me very well, we had lots of laughs and they made the experience a lot less stressful than I have had in the past! I was at 3 other car lots that day on my day off, so I was not dressed well, however, I couldn't seem to get the time of day from other sales people at other car lots, and when I showed up at Boucher, Dylan treated me like a human being, never asked if my "significant other" needed to help me make a decision, and listened to my needs. Those other auto dealerships missed out because I bought the most beautiful Yukon Denali that day and I love it SO MUCH!! Thanks Dylan, Don and Sammy! You guys are the best!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Heater core replaced. Required setting of 73 degrees before repair now set at 68; heats from all outlets.

Test drove it and the turning radius was best I have EVER had a vehicle turn. Did U turn and easily stayed in the inside lane. So comfortable and rides so smooth!The vehicle of my dream! I may never learn all the perks but taking that one day at a time!

A few issues… car is loud on bumpy road. Would expect more from Cadillac. Options for dash customization are lacking. No time or temp in front of you. Seat belts should snug like Mercedes. Seats are comfortable and power is there. I know I’m being picky but you should expect no road noise.

Jack was super easy to work with and made it an easy decision to buy our new to us car. He had the paperwork all ready to go for me so I didn't have to sit for a couple of hours to complete the purchase. Much appreciated!

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

I would like to tell folks a little bit, about EZ Motorcars, in West Allis WI. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent from them, and I would like to provide an account of my experiences. A) During the shopping process: I had a great experience in the EZ Motorcars office. They greeted me in a welcoming manner, with no waiting. They patiently answered all of my questions. They gladly arranged for test drives. They let me spend as much time as I wanted with the cars. I visited the shop a few times, over a 2-week period, and I looked at a couple of cars. During the entire time, there was no pressure put on me, at the shop or via other communication, to make a hasty decision. B) During the purchasing process: I did as much homework and due diligence as I could, before negotiating the final purchase. This included taking the car to a local independent mechanic for an inspection. The salespeople at EZ Motorcars encouraged me to do this. I would interpret this as an indication that EZ knew that the car was in top shape, that they had given it a proper inspection already, and that they trusted me and the independent mechanic. The car checked out perfectly. In discussion of the price, the salesperson was considerate and friendly. He was transparent about many of the factors that go into the pricing, he was clear about components of the final price, and clear about the out-the-door bottom line. I left the shop feeling that I was treated fairly. C) Relative to other dealers: Simply: No calls, no emails, no hassles, no pressure. Of 6+ dealers that I had visited in the 3 weeks of my search, nearly all were calling or texting every 24-48 hours. (As an aside, and referencing these OTHER dealers: How can a dealer tell you that a car is going to be sold to someone *else* at any moment, yet hound *you* every 2 days to buy it? Does this make any sense? I’m looking at you, Russ Darrow.) The folks at EZ Motorcars spoke with me, handed me their cards, and then waited. I really appreciate that.

An excellent vehicle. Extremely reliable. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in a long-mileage vehicle. At 150,000 miles, you can still get another 100,000 out of it. Even an early 1990's model.

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

No pressure car buying experience with Chad Braeger. He answered all our questions that we had. When I went back a week later to pick up the vehicle from having accessories installed, Chad met me at the door and answered any follow up questions I had with the vehicle.

This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

sales was very professional with us feel we paid to much for van but thats my problem to much back and forth with management and salesman. if they can not talk for themselves might as well get a robot other wise the van has been treating me good thanks Tom

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!
