The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I used the Concierge service to have my truck serviced, and it was great. My service Advisor, Edwin, was great. Took car of all my concerns a d my truck was returned when promised. I would definitely keep taking my vehicle for service at Vera Cadillac-GMC-Buick.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

We initially went in to look at an Escalade. While it is an impressive vehicle, we quickly realized we did not need something that large and wanted to stay within a comfortable monthly payment. As we stepped out of the Escalade, we noticed how many people were involved in selling it. That is when Cesar crossed our path, and the timing could not have been better. Cesar took the time to talk with us outside, gave us honest advice, and most importantly brought an incredible positive energy. No pressure, no sales tactics, just real guidance. I come from a BMW background, and I can confidently say that the team at Williamson Cadillac made us feel genuinely comfortable from the start. My wife then saw the Vistiq Premium Luxury and instantly fell in love with it, especially the celestial exterior and the phantom blue interior. That moment sealed the deal. I have been to many dealerships over the years, and I have never met a finance manager like Cesar. He gives you confidence, he listens, and he makes things happen. This is the first time I have ever worked with a finance manager who did not try to overload us with unnecessary packages. That alone speaks volumes. Anthony was also excellent throughout the process. Professional, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Together, Cesar and Anthony made this experience smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. This is our first EV, and we are excited to enjoy it throughout the lease. With the way we were treated, I truly hope we will be back in a couple of years to get into an Escalade IQ. Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

No complaint all was great. Service advisor Angel...very professional and helpful. We will be back in 5k miles as recommended. Might get a new car next visit.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.
