Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Accidently caused battery to die. Was not sure. After a jump start the car ran fine the rest of the day and following day. Went to service department to have system checked. Mitch Paulson checked the battery and everything appeared fine. I had made an appointment and he could have gone ahead and taken the car in and run up $100 bill or more. In just a few minutes I was reassured the battery was fine and on my way.. I feel I have always been treated fairly at this dealership. Again, thank you to Mitch Paulson

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Fabian in the service department is an A+. Straight forward and keeps you updated on what is going on. Understands budgets and does his best to keep you in yours but making sure your car is in the best working condition. Have gone here since 2020. Love them

I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 2017 Forester with low mileage pop up in my search, and at a fair price. I contacted Curbside, and received an almost immediate reply from Yuri. He was polite, professional, immediately supplied answers to my questions. His calm demeanor and professionalism immediately comforted me. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. This was a second car I purchased to tinker with but lost intrest with my age it runs and drive good but not excellent. it has gold custom wire wheels and a after market Panasonoc radio and CD player. there is a few knicks and pings but nothing major. oh yes there a is a small sound of the exaugst rattle but not major. Buy this car and a little fixing up and you will be ready for daily use or show.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!
