I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. I reached out to Toni Spille in the service department, who promptly scheduled an appointment to address both concerns. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. 2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

2020 Cadillac CT5 review
Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

2024 Cadillac CT5-V review
I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

2013 Cadillac XTS review
Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

After having a need to purchase a new car and deciding on a Genesis GV80 prestige we had visited other Genesis dealerships and communicated via the phone in an attempt to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Although service was granted elsewhere the atmosphere once entering the Conshohocken dealership was different. We could feel a sense of acceptance, a huge desire to ensure the experience was pleasant and rewarding. Alexus answered all questions, took her time and made us feel that no one else was taking her attention. There was no hard sale and after determining that we wanted the car she, Noah and the female finance manager whose name fails me went above and beyond to ensure that our choice went home with us that day. We cannot say enough just how much the atmosphere was so welcoming. We would choose to do business there again. Because of our residential location it may not be feasible to visit this dealership regularly but only because of the location would we utilize another Genesis dealership. We highly recommend Alexus to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a car, any car as she can take you to any of the Conicelli dealerships on the strip. You will not be disappointed. You will leave very impressed. You will feel important and not dismissed. My husband says make sure you have the coffee:)
2018 Cadillac CTS review
My wife and I purchased a 2015 Camaro today and we love it. The car is clean and smooth and the price was just right as well. The staff were great they all worked together to get us the deal we were hoping for. The sales tech Tye was the best. I highly recommend him on your visit. Ask for Tye and get the car you want. 2021 Cadillac CT4 review
I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

2019 Cadillac XTS review
We had 2 DTS before the 2013 XTS4. It compares very favorably with the exception of visibility, which is worse if you are of shorter stature. Comfort and convenience are very good and the quiet, handling and suspension are excellent. The trunk holds easily as much as the DTS. There is a tiny amount of vibration at speed, perhaps a result of the AWD, not annoying. Our family loves the car overall. We have a 2019 CT6, it is 5” longer but doesn’t feel bigger. The XTS4 is about an inch+ taller, and has the heads up display, overall I like it better.

2018 Cadillac CT6 review
I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.
