Mr. Flakes went above and beyond to ensure we were kept abreast of action, activities and fact finding during our decision-making and purchase of a 2024 CT5 Cadillac. He called to inform us of all changes and requirements to include the tire locks. My husband wanted to know if the CT5 Cadillac came with tire locks and Mr. Flakes stated the 2024 CT5 Cadillac did not have tire locks but locks could purchased for an additional fee. Mr. Flakes explained the tire locks would be a special order specifically for our CT5 Cadillac. Mr. Flakes placed our order immediately upon our request to purchase the tire locks. Mr. Flakes also provided extensive service to beyond duty hours responding to queries and questions from my husband David concerning the dashboard lighting. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

At Prestige dealership the customer service in my opinion is awesome . At the service desk for your vehicle , I seem to get service from Dominique and Adam who is very upbeat and very informational. The entire staff has been professional and concerning. The salesman by the name of James Chubb is very good with the information that will get you in a vehicle and pulling out the parking lot with one.. Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).

Serra Buick GMC Cadillac in Washington/ Romeo has the best service advisors in the area. Ask for Tim! Mr Makowski is always willing to help with better pricing and better techs to keep your investment in perfect running order. It's where I go! They even do a video with audio explaining what they see under the hood and under the car. Try it, you will see a state of the art service department with the very best and newest technology. Those videos let you see the things you may not be able to see and they definitely explain everything. Every dealer needs to learn about integrity like this.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Recently looked into buying a used car from them. They answered my questions honestly and didn’t try to conceal any details. The car had been in an accident previously and they even showed pictures of the damage (which they repaired so well, that you couldn’t even tell). Easy going honest people and a pleasant experience.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
