Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

The service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what was going on. The waiting area was clean and well maintained.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. Bill Currie cares about their customers, it's not just lip service. Highly recommend them. Sales and service.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.
