What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.

Excellent experience with Pat's Auto ! I purchased a like new condition 07 Mustang GT, traded in an older model Mustang GT for it. After an extensive search for a late model automatic Mustang GT for my wife and I to both enjoy I found this car while searching the web. I left a message inquiring about this car and the owner Phil contacted me the next morning to answer all my questions and invited me to take the car for a test drive that morning. As my Mustang was not registered, he drove 60 miles that day to my home to appraise my car. We worked out a very fair deal for both my trade and the new car. Phil was extremely accommodating as I live over an hour away from his dealership and met me after hours in order to deliver the car to me. I was actually shocked a small dealer would do this which was greatly appreciated. You will not find this level of service with a large/corporate dealer. His assistant Elaine was also great to work and helped with all the paper work and getting the car registered. For not being close to his dealership, the small fee they charge for all the running around with the registry and insurance company was priceless. My new car needed minor warranty work which was taken care of right away. Phil is extremely honest and stands by his cars. He has a great selection of cars, especially high quality sports cars and specialty cars. I would highly recommend his dealership and if you are looking for a particular car, this guy will find it. He's extremely particular with what he buys, so easy to work with and zero pressure. I can't thank him and his small staff for everything they did to make this one of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I look forward to doing additional business with him in the future. Thanks again to Phil and his staff for everything!!! My wife and I love our new Mustang !!!!
This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. This was a 2hr ride for me to King. Well worth it! This family owned dealership treats you like one of their own. The showroom and lot aren't flashy, their salesman not stuffy or slimey, and their approach is not pushy. The King family puts their time and effort into the customer and making good fair deals. Their local trades seem to be super clean and well maintained (why I drove across the state). Even when in negotiations the sales staff didn't get aggressive, acknowledged and validated every point I made, and were truly there to make a good deal for both sides. If King were closer to me they would have my vehicle service business too. I highly recommend any of the team at King, especially Aaron who went above and beyond before, during, and AFTER our purchase. Go visit the KING
