My salesman was Jim Miller. Jim was great. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. And the sale paperwork was prepared. The purchase was easy. I give this dealership my highest recommendation.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.

I was looking for a specific 2027 Kia Carnival Hybrid EX, and Trajce kept my preferred vehicle in mind. As soon as one came in, he contacted me right away and made the entire process quick and seamless. I had visited several dealerships, including ones in Gerald and Schaumburg, but Trajce and his dealership were the only ones who offered me an amazing price. I truly appreciate how attentive, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back to Trajce for my second Kia as well. Thank you so much, Trajce, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!

I found some cars on their cars.com listing and called them about a few I had in mind. They were quick to send me videos and give me the breakdown of numbers. They definately were worth the trip. When I got there the financing terms were superb, almost identical to my own credit union. I couldn’t be happier
2019 RAM ProMaster 2500 review
If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

Great experience. Izhar was fantastic Polite, very helpful, relaxing atmosphere and not rushed. Thanks Izhar and Mo.
2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I've had my 2018 Exress passenger van for about 5-6 years now, I chose a van because trucks are so expensive. I've towed a few cars with it, some heavy loads of gravel, and have towed a large pop up camper quite a few times even through some of Eastern U.S. mountains and it does fine. Its been reliable and the 6.0 litre V8 and 6 speed Auto heavier duty transmission are known to last a long time according to what I've read. I had a crew cab Nissan titan that was quieter as far as road noise goes but I guess its not too bad, its a van after all. Kinda get a drum effect with all the empty space in it. I remove most of my seats or all of them to haul stuff, plywood, bicycles, furniture, or whatever else I need to haul. It will get 17.5-18.2 mpg at 70mph which isn't good but I guess it could be worse, after all its kinda a box on wheels. Overall It does what it needs to and runs well with plenty of power for what I do. I have the shorter WB version, with all the seats out you have close to 10ft of area to pack stuff in it.

I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for Ahmed at Auto House in Downers Grove, Illinois! From the moment I started having issues with my first car, Ahmed showed incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. He didn’t just help — he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was happy. He went the extra mile to get me into a beautiful BMW that I absolutely love, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel effortless and positive. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and compassionate in the car business. Thank you, Ahmed, for treating me like family and turning a challenge into such a wonderful experience. I’m forever grateful and will always recommend you to everyone I know! 🙏🚘💙
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Really happy with the experience and would happily recommend Mo and Azeem to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again.
2019 RAM ProMaster City review
Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Ogden Lincoln Of WestmontReviews
Ogden Lincoln Of Westmont review
I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. I purchased a used car, but received the new car treatment which was the frosting on the cake! Thank you Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack! This was a fantastic experience, and I appreciate it very much!

2018 Ford Transit-150 review
This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
