City Chevrolet of GrayslakeReviews
City Chevrolet of Grayslake review
Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. In addition, Roger Aguilera and Chris Capperelli are also great with customer service. Thank you. Lowell B. Raven, CPA

Gmotorcars Auto & Commercial Truck review
Salesman was not pushy. Very helpful. There were a few cosmetic issues with the vehicle, but they had just gotten it in and out did not concern me. The appearance of the dealership is very basic, but I think that is part of the reason they don't have a ton of fees. They were very transparent about everything.

Chicago Cars US review
Albert sold me a Mercedes AMG CLA35. This was my first ever car purchase and I was out of state so I had to do this all online as well. He was extraordinarily helpful with answering all of my questions, sent me so many pictures, videos, updates, and walked me through all of the steps. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, calls, and form a connection with me no matter the time of day. Chris helped out with the purchasing and delivery of the car. Everything went seamlessly well and I was delivered the car within a couple days of purchase. I highly recommend asking for Albert if you are looking for a car online or at the dealership, he is an excellent salesman and human being and will go above and beyond to get you a great deal on a fantastic car!

David Mafoodi, John and Nash went out of their way to make me feel like part of their family. I drove 450 miles to purchase my truck. It was ready and beyond my expations. Finalizing the deal went well and was painless. I spent over a year looking for a truck like this. It checked all of the boxes plus more. It is a very professional crew and dealership. They have a lot full of beautiful cars. Check Star Motor Sales out. You won't be disappointed.

He answered every question clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured, and his honesty and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and hardworking salesman, I highly recommend asking for Earl!
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I just bought my 2017 corvette grand sport two weeks ago. I flew in from New York. I can’t say enough good things about the process. We worked with Armin, he was top notch. He made every aspect about buying this car seamless and easy. He even arranged an Uber to pick me up from the airport to bring me right to the dealership. We just adore our new car. It’s perfect!! A million thanks 🙂 Joe and Denise

It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.
