Went to help my best friend look at cars and to hopefully buy a used car. It took some time, but he found something decent with the help of Alex Mejia. Nice guy who was patient and helped show us options without the usual pressure. He made sure my friend searched for something he was actually interested in. We looked at 8-10 cars, test-drove a few, and then settled with a newer model. The process is ALWAYS a headache but he made sure he was well-taken care of. Very professional and easygoing. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

I recently purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from this dealership. The staff as a whole was great and put me at ease. My test drive lasted 45 minutes because we were chatting like school girls. I wish we were neighbors so that we could hang out in our garages drinking beer and talking about our cats. My car went into the shop with a competitor and they had a lot of fees scheduled with chevy and Rob told me it was a coolant leak and parts are on a backorder but he could fix it today and I thought it was a head gasket and thanks to chevy I am safely on the road!!

Everything turned out great, good financing for a great car, so I'm not gonna complain about how it got to the point, but I wanted to give some advice to others buying a car anywhere really to avoid some of the issues I ran into when here: If you have pre-qualified for financing (which I think is a good idea in general, especially with a bank you already do business with such as with a checking account or credit card because they have access to a clearer picture of your financial situation than just the details on a credit application) don't let them blow off taking the reference number for that deal, insist they take it so they can reference it throughout the process especially in case it gets handed off anywhere to someone else; even if you pre-apply online, bring all your information with you just in case so you aren't scrambling to think of it off the top of your head or pull it together from your phone once you're there; ask to see the sheet of information they are going to be looking at when submitting information to the banks and verify that every single detail is correct, particularly the social security number; and most importantly, if things aren't adding up to you don't let them make you feel like you you just don't understand how these things work, this is your time and money on the line, you are the vulnerable one, stop them and have them explain to you how things are working out to be the way they are so you have a chance to weed out any misunderstandings or lapses in communication that might complicate the process. At first I was like I must be really dumb or something because I was like blindsided with how different things were going than I expected, and slowly, not gonna lie, I started thinking like 'oh no am I getting scammed?!' But, no, it was just plain old human error that can be avoided with the above considerations. Everybody was really nice (and I interacted with quite a few people during all of this so that is fortunate) and I don't think this experience reflects how they operate in general, it think outside of pandemic times it would likely have went smoother all around, so I'd still recommend this place, but I'd make sure the above was well accounted for first.

I highly recommend this dealership, especially thanks to David Kim. Nobody can easily find a car and match their expectation on the market under COVID situation, Mark-ups everywhere and sometimes pushing me to sign a lot of additions. But this dealership never asked me add their add-ons. And there were no mark-ups or hidden cost and even the finance manager recommended me 'no add-on needed' option cuz I buy a new car(thank you again and sorry, I forgot the name of the finance manager). And yeah, my Sonata hybrid runs well on high MPG as they advertised and all the driving assistance features work smoothly. If I live in this city more than I planned, I would like to buy a car from this dealership again.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.
