Even though it required getting drenched in the rain, he worked to find what I was looking within budget. I was able to get a great deal and pickup the car the same day. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very polite. Overall a very pleasant, relaxed experience. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

2015 Ford Transit-150 review
I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.
