For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. When I went to pick up my new car, they made me feel like they were genuinely happy for me. This dynamic duo was amazing and I would recommend this dealership without pause!!! The salesman was great, he did his best to accommodate, however price was not negotiable for the vehicles condition.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.

Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.
