2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Sometimes the salesman really makes all the difference in the world. I've hated car dealerships since I was a kid. So When my car was totaled by a dude paying no attention for his yield left turn, I was very unenthused to make my way to energy auto sales to look at used cars within the budget of the insurance replacement. We came looking for a sedan of similar capabilities to the car I lost but it was square peg round hole enough that even Vasco, energys sales guy picked up on it. But this is where a great salesman made all the difference in both our experience and my opinion. Vaso listened to our story, really listened, and conversed with us until he found us in a suv. If someone'd told me that I'd be leaving with an suv I'd have laughed at their absurdity. But Vasco listened, Vasco suggested, and he was right. My wife had wanted an SUV for years, but it never felt like the right time. Now she has left happy with a dream come true, I have left happier as it feels like I'm not an the exit side of this accident (that i couldn't have avoided) with a car payment for something equal or lesser to what I had already paid off prior to the accident. And all for a price and experience that took very little time and an immensely pleasurable sales experience without all the balancing on a pole and haggling like a saudi market. If I ever find myself having to purcahse a car again in the near future, I'll be coming back to energy auto. The hour drive is well worth not feeling like I'm negotiating with a coyote.

Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. 2008 Dodge Sprinter review
These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.

2014 RAM Cargo review
I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.

This van replaces one that I had from 2006. It is updated for the times but it is familiar and stayed the same which is good for a tradesman. It has the same classic styling and is tried and true.
