Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Our transportation company has operated this vehicle for the last 2 months. After driving for 6 hours non stop, the driver's sitting position could do with some little improvement especially left foot resting area. Cargo area not bad. Good engine performance even with sizeable weight.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Brittany was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave the best demo with attention to every detail, and certainly was not pushy (which is a criticism I have had with other dealerships). An all around enjoyable experience....wonderful interactions with the sales manager, finance manager and Jack Madden. Beautiful new service facility with exceptionally friendly staff. We will be back.
