Working with Ethan on my 1st ever online purchase - was the 1st experience everyone wants! He was efficient with communications, but never pushy. He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

Vanguard Buick GMC of Carrollton review
James Myer and Jack Barouch absolutely knocked it out of the park! They got me an amazing deal on a pre-owned Acura ZDX, and I’m still smiling about it. A great car is one thing, but feeling this good about the deal makes it even better. These two deserve every bit of this five-star review. Go see James and Jack—they earned my business and my recommendation!

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

I am very pleased with Michael Moss my salesman. He listened to me and was not pushy. He sold me a 2026 red Trax which I love. I bought my first car from Mr. J L Huffines in 1962 and would never go anywhere else. Michael McLarty always takes care of me in your service department . He is always honest with me.

Five Star Ford LewisvilleReviews
Five Star Ford Lewisville review
Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not a number on a sales sheet. If you're truck shopping in DFW, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex Ruiz at Five Star Ford Lewisville. You won't regret it. I'm thrilled with my new truck and will absolutely be sending friends and family their way. Thanks again to the whole team!

There is somewhat of a blind spot. I am having great difficulty making right turns or parking this car when I can’t see all the lines on the space. I’m a short statuted person so raising the seat more doesn’t seem to be an option.

Carz city was amazing when it came to my car purchase!! I had a trade in and I feel like they gave me top dollar for it!!! I found the vehicle online and they were so easy to work with over the phone and even when I came in person to secure the deal! They had a game area for our kids to be entertained while we did paperwork. They took care of us and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them and I would do business with them again! Thanks carz city!!!

2022 Chevrolet Camaro review
Great car generally. It is a very pretty car. The turning is very stiff and it is really fast. The visibility isn’t very good, and it has tiny back seats, but those are the only cons. The entire design is awesome, and though a lot of Chevys don’t last long, this one has been running at peak performance for about 6 months and still performs the way it did when I bought it.
