Shoping with fiesta ford is always onmy #1 eugenda because my uncle and great uncle were top sales men for a combined years of about 50 so i look at fiesta ford as family there cars and trucks are built tuff and last long for a hard haul thank u fiesta ford for serving the coachella valley where anyone who buys a car is like family after thier first ford experience they will guarantee d to always come back
They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...
My experience was great my sales rep name is Tyler young guy I think he’s like 22 years old but as son as I walked in the building he made me feel like I was apart of Mazda family great guy great customer service Mazda became my family for ever
I used to hate everything about the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales staff, the price/interest negotiation was awful, and it seemed like they were purposely taking their time so I would just give up and agree to their terms. My experience at Jessup was a dream compared to what I???ve gone through before. I feel like the sales staff really listened to me. I could tell they thoughtfully considered what I wanted in a car and then gave me several options that would???ve worked. I looked at used and new cars, took several out for test drives, and never felt pressured or hurried in any way. I even left to take my wife to lunch and when I got back, we picked up right where we left off. I ended up getting a steal of a deal on a 2018 Chevy Traverse and I couldn???t be happier!
When I walked in service at acura, I saw a guy helping an elderly woman with her vehicle, it was one of the old vehicles. She was so happy leaving the place and I told myself, I should go talk to that guy and get some good service. Not knowing who he was or his job title. I talked to him and explained my situation. Im a busy mom with 4 kids, I went there looking a mess! To be honest, people judge you on how you look at other dealerships. He was still helpful. I am so happy with the the excellent customer service I received from Julio (Service Manager) I had problems with my SUV and he went out of his way to try and help as much as possible. He was honest and straightforward with every questions I asked him. I strongly recommend people to buy their vehicles here. They work with you and they have the best customer service!!
Jesse and the Sales Manager at I-10 Chrysler Dadge made my new car purchase the best experience I have ever had. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, offered tremendous financing and completed the deal in record time. I definitely look forward to doing business with them again!
Marv and the entire staff were very responsive to my inquiry about a Bentley Continental I saw for sale on their cars.com page. They even took a video of the car for me to show more detail, they couldn't have been happier to do so. I did not buy their Continental because it was Anthracite which is too dark for me. I was looking for something lighter, but great shopping experience, these guys really know their stuff!
