I was recently looking for a new car and was really dreading the whole experience but I have to say that Ray Mabe at Classics Ford in Smithfield made the experience so smooth and effortless! He was knowledgeable and treated us with respect I would definitely purchase another car from him !

Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
This was the best car buying experience ever. The staff was friendly and very professional. The deals are unbelievable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great car's at the best price.
Clean operation. quick response on my initial inquiry. Management put me front of sales rep in just a few minutes. Steve Smith did an outstanding job of reviewing the car and showing us any possible issues and we moved through the paperwork process quickly. Would recommend them to others with no issue.
The whole process of setting up an appointment online, meeting with Steve, test driving the vehicle while the dealership was calculating a trade in value for ours, signing the papers to driving off the lot with our car was very smooth and timely. Our salesperson, Steve, had our best interest in mind and was very thorough.

I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. I appreciate her hard work and dedication.

I contacted Ms. Parker after finding the vehicle online. She gave me the information I needed and invited me to the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Hilda. We were greeted immediately with a warm welcome. The vehicle looked great. She invited us for a test drive prior to making a decision. She was knowledgeable and made everything easy. I???d recommend going to see Hilda to my friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with Hilda.
John was very helpful and personable. He helped with some of the vehicles quirks and was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. If I ever have anyone I know looking for a luxury or exotic vehicle I will definitely send them Johns way.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
