I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

I love my Chevy cruze It's great on gas. It is reliable on the road and very roomy for trips. Me and my wife truly enjoy it. It's our vacation car.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to send all friends and family to this top notch dealership going forward.

Overall the vehicle is solid. It drives very fluidly and has great maneuverability. Trunk space is pretty big. Plenty of space in the backseat. The Cruze isn’t overwhelmed with buttons like some models are. I do think they could improve the layout on the radio/airflow buttons
service here was very good, everyone was friendly and I was able to take this car home at my 1st visit with a good finance rate, and am very happy.

The one problem I'm having with the car is,there is 1 bang I hear at take off every day. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I'm taking the car back and leaving it overnight. It only happens when the car is cooled down.
I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.
Bought new, many problems from the start.

Many mechanical, fit and finish issues, fights with GM Canada and had all issues repaired over the space of 2 years while still under warranty.
Car was bad off the factory floor but since then the Cruze has been a very good compact car.
When it's running well it's a good vehicle but it can also be a headache.

I bought this Chevy Cruze in 2015 it is a 2014 and it had 22000 miles on it. I had it for 1 year and engine light came on 25000 miles, Mass Air Flow Sensor needed to be replaced, lucky was still under warranty. Know no warranty and I have a little over 34000 miles and engine light came on, again Mass Air Flow Sensor. Called 800 number for Chevy GM got the run around. Know my car won't even start stuck in my drive way. Bull $!++ that they won't help after all it is there product that they put out, all over the place. When the engine light came on the first time that should have been a sign, but I didn't pay attention. I am really disappointed in this Chevy Cruze and the whole Chevrolet Company.

Reliable and comfortable . Low on maintenance and fuel economy is great.
Rear leg room could be little more
I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

Comfortable and has great gas mileage. Sure beats spending 50-60 dollars a week in gas. Drives great and seems to handle well. Love it so far.
