Today I worked with Carlos at Jim McKay looking at a used 2021 Tesla Model S. Carlos was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming for both me and my family. He listened to the type of vehicle I was interested in, and at my request provided phenomenal follow up with me after our gathering with pictures and even a video with upcoming matches. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Carlos -- he is an honest salesman.

Tremendous buying and servicing experience! Sent the dealership a bouquet of cookies as a thank you. Bart & Ernie went above and beyond to assure me that the under body was essentially rust free. Bart sent me 6 photos of the under side. Bart even offered 3 different options to get the vehicle to me including picking me up at the airport for free to drive the impala back to northern Maine. I highly recommend that you talk to these guys before buying your next quality pre-owned vehicle. They take the worry out of long distance car buying!

Auto Class DirectReviews
Auto Class Direct review
Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. From the very beginning, Jennifer was outstanding. She helped put the entire deal together, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Marty and Jenny in finance were equally great to work with and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that they did the entire deal over the phone, exactly as promised. There were no surprises when I arrived. In fact, the car was in even better condition than they described. It was clean, well-maintained, and obviously cared for. They even went above and beyond by helping return my rental car, which made the trip much easier and saved me a lot of hassle. In today's world, it's rare to find a dealership that delivers exactly what they promise, but this team did just that. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially out-of-state buyers looking for an honest, hassle-free experience. Thank you, Jennifer, Marty, and Jenny, for making this such a great experience! 🚗👏

2016 Chevrolet Cruze review
I have a 2016 LT RS with 70k miles on it. It is my daily driver. I just never had to drive very far for work. My only issue with this car is that I need to use higher octane fuel in the spring/summer. If I do not then it drives so slow when using the AC. It also jerks from time to time when coming to a stop. That only happens in the warmer months. Other than that I have no real issues with it. I don't drive it hard.

Randy Marion SubaruReviews
Randy Marion Subaru review
I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).

Citi Auto Sales review
I give them 5 stars with all sincerity. During the vehicle purchasing process, they explained every detail regarding the car we were interested in. From the very beginning, they were extremely courteous, professional, and patient. The attention, dedication, and approach they demonstrated made everything much easier and stress-free. They truly understand how to treat a customer. We had a wonderful car-buying experience—I honestly hadn't expected it to be this easy—and their approach to pricing and payment terms was truly commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
