I came to the dealership looking for a new company truck. With a few options my initial message didn???t materialize into anything. They took the time to search and bring to the table, what I I can only explain as being the ideal vehicle. Being a company purchases that had some minor requirements were handled seamlessly. My salesman was Mr kyle Manley a young man that knows his job and is very professional.I would recommend him to anybody young or old.I wish him all the best in his career.God bless him.The guys in finance Department are also Professionals.But they made one mistake.And that was,after running my credit with their Bank(Chase) and didn’t like the interest rate that was offered.I should have been informed first before trying another Bank of their choice.I would have preferred PNC Bank instead because I have history with them( Mortage & Car Loan ) and my interest rate would have been far less than what they accepted from Bank of America.I will definitely be refinancing my car loan at a later time.Otherwise than that, I’m very happy with the 2019 Subaru Outback that I purchased.Thanks to the Management and staff at Faulkner Subaru.Happy Holiday guys.Mr Floyd
I bought a car in July from Bill, didn???t have the best credit, ended up leaving in a nice 2016 Elantra. A week ago I totaled that car so I knew 100% that I was going back to Bill! Today I am leaving in a beautiful 2016 Buick Verano! I couldn???t be happier with the experience and the car! Thanks again bill!! 10/10 recommendation

Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.
Great place to buy a vehicle. I worked with mike he was a great person To deal with . He took me on a great road test answering all my questions about the jeep we were driving. The hole staff went the extra mile to make the experience a great time when buying the jeep I got!!!
Jake Levine was our sales person and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! From the minute we arrived to the dealership (which was 6:30pm on a Friday) to the minute we left (9:30pm) we never felt rushed or like we were keeping him there after hours. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, personable & fun. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy but in no-time I was seeing the car I ended up buying just after telling him what we were looking for. I am truly amazed by the service we received from him & Jon in Finanace. I still am blown away that I walked into a dealership not sure of what I was going to get, traded 2 cars, set up financing, paperwork complete & out the door in 3 hours. That has NEVER happened before. I even went back the next morning to bring our 2nd car we were trading in and he answered a few questions and showed us some things inside the care; rather than blow us off because he already sold us a car. He even offered up his cell that I can text him with questions. I have NEVER had this amazing service anywhere else. Give him a big raise because he totally deserves it. Thank you!!!!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
He is the best and nicest guy for any of your car needs. He takes the time to answer even the dumbest questions - and believe me ......I've had lots !! I would recommend anybody to him in the future, and will keep doing business with him as long as he will have me do so. 👍👍

Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
