Vehicle is loaded with technology, such as navigation from cell phone, etc. Safety lane alert, wider view of back up camera. will purchase another in a few years.

Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
Brought my 2014 Pilot for scheduled maintenance. Advisor Angel was swift on the required check-in and paperwork early in the day with my appointment, and the mechanics were quick and efficient on the routine oil change, tire check, and hose checks... done in less than 30 minutes, "Dang!" I didn't even have enough time for my complimentary mocha to cool off. I appreciate the explanation of what was done, what the results of the check ups were, and even their appreciation for me using their service. Thank you Selma Honda advisor and mechanics! So very consistent with your service! My purchase last year of the Pilot was so easy... third one in a row.

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Wonderful!! I love everything about it, from the body style to the color to the smooth ride to the bells and whistles. I made a great choice. I'm very happy. Even though I have not owned this vehicle for long, I am a big fan of Chevrolet.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
Thanks so much for the awesome truck! The whole buying process couldn’t have been easier, low key, stress free environment, very responsive, courteous, and professional responses to phone calls and emails as well. I would buy here again, although I’m planning on keeping this truck forever :)

A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
Their customer service is excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was kept up on repairs. They were able to service my Jeep immediately and complete repairs in a reasonable time.

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Excellent, honest, no-pressure salesmen and manager! We had to find a car immediately on a very tight budget. Salesman Ahmad Kalbouneh and Assistant Manager Jorge Lopez spent six hours with us, searching for the best deal they could offer. We are very grateful for their time and no-pressure approach to sales. Nissan of Clovis is the ONLY dealership for us!

Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
Great sized SUV to fit our all around needs. Not to big and not too small. Appealing interior with a sporty design. Just enough "bells & whistles" without having to bust out too much cash. Good fit for kids in the back seat or even a solo commuter with the highway MPG. Great trunk for groceries or travel necessities. Haven't had any performance issues yet. All-around solid car.
Francesca started as my sales person, I do not recommend her. Yelana ultimately helped me get into the car I wanted. The process was a hassle but worked out

2016? Check underneath for rust and leaks. Lots of rust for 2-3year old truck. Plus one of the rear gadgets has a leak. The LS infotainment system does not accommodate Android phones unless you pay for OnStar. This mean no navy unless you pay $60 a month. I'm not happy with my Equinox nor Chevy in general.
I recently purchased an Acadia from Merle Stone. I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a car, and Dave Weemes made the process so much less stressful than I had expected it to be. He has already followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is still going well! I want to say thanks to Dave & Merle Stone for a great car buying experience!
