Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. I travelled 500 miles to conclude an amicable one-owner trade-in, acquyiring a specific vehicle I had been searching for over months' time. A real plus was the Car-Fax provided online (and hard copy later). Overall a very easy, pleasant experience. Fresh Virginia Title sent by 'Overnight' courier to conclude the deal properly. SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle.
