Everyone in Phillips Chevy service department in Lansing, Illinois did an excellent job helping me get my car repaired. From the receptionists, to the service advisors, and the technicians as well as the courtesy drivers, all were kind, courteous, and professional. And the cost was fair. I will continue to go to them and will recommend them to others. Sincerely, Rodney D Jordan

McGrath Acura of Westmont review
I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
After visiting a different dealership where we felt completely overlooked, working with Ali was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we pulled into the lot, Ali greeted us warmly with a smile and a genuine sense of welcome. His approach was never pushy—instead, he was thoughtful, patient, and fully committed to understanding our needs. Ali took the time to truly listen and provided us with a personalized selection of vehicles that matched our preferences and priorities. This saved us an incredible amount of time and helped us focus on what really mattered. He was also impressively organized, having paperwork ready in advance and maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. What stood out most about Ali was not just his knowledge of the vehicles and their features, but the way he worked to ensure we received the best overall value. He proactively reviewed all available incentives and savings opportunities, including several we weren’t even aware existed. He took the initiative to ask meaningful questions, like our professional backgrounds and ownership history, which led to valuable savings we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Ali’s service was sincere, thorough, and above all, customer-centered. He made us feel like we had someone in our corner, advocating for us—not just trying to make a sale. That level of care and integrity is rare, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. We wholeheartedly recommend Ali Abdullah to anyone looking for a car buying experience that is honest, efficient, and tailored to your needs. He made a potentially stressful process feel easy.

Subaru Evergreen ParkReviews
Subaru Evergreen Park review
If you’re in the market for a car, this is the location for you. Blanca Ceron and the team at this Evergreen location really take care of you. They listen to your needs and wants and patiently make recommendations that align with your priorities and lifestyle based on their knowledge and available financing. That’s exactly what they did this weekend when I visited. I came in undecided and left with a car I love at a price that I’m happy about. Every step of the way, Blanca made sure my best interests were kept in mind. I never felt pressured, just informed about my options. Thank you, Blanca and the EP Subaru team!

2023 Chevrolet Malibu review
We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with questions I had regarding the many beautiful luxury sedans I had been inquiring about. He went above and beyond with his time, was very respectful and easy to talk to. For that I'm giving HIM 5 stars! He made us feel like family. It was an overall positive experience with him. Kudos to you Richard, you have a fantastic personality! :)

Hi everyone! I just want to say that the entire transaction was super smooth and fast. I financed my vehicle through Wells Fargo and was able to get a very good interest rate and a great monthly payment. The car is for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! We had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you
