We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

Bobby was gonna make the deal happen! Assisting with matching financing to the buyer and a lender! Then took care of all the detsils satisfying the lenders requirements and leading the buyer to a successful conclusion of the deal.
Nothing but good things to say! Polite....yes! Knowledgeable...yes! Good deal.... yes! Patient .....yes!! Honest.... yes! Good. Customer service..... yes! Great place..... YES !!!!! Go back when shopping again.... yes!
