Underpowered with the good V8 only available only on bigger models, and as an added cost. The 6 speed trans is cludgy at times and tends to stay in too high a gear, making the truck feel even more underpowered. Limited and poor choices for gearing in the axles. Poor ground clearance in the front end. Steering wheel controls are also poor, unless you pay extra. After less than 3 months, the truck has been in the shop twice for a noise in the front end. The drivers seat also makes a popping sound when pushing in the parking brake to disengage it. No easy access to behind the seat storage in the regular cab. Pretty disappointed in this vehicle.
I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . I'm definitely making an appointment with her and feel secure that she will make sure I'm taken care of like I should be. Thanks Sher your one of a kind!! See you soon..

This is my 8th GM vehicle and 2nd Silverado. I've owned a few F150s and they don't compare in retained value, ease of maintenance, or reliability. I have every intention of buying another Silverado in a few years. My only real complaint is having to run the navigation thru your phone or thru ON Star as opposed to other manufacturers.
Tuber was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be a returning customer thanks to the attentiveness of your employee. The atmosphere was clean and everyone Ihad contact with was pleasant.

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! Finance manager was super friendly as well!! I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle there!!

It has plenty of leg room and comfortable. It doesn’t get very good gas mileage and I’ve only got 14,000 miles on it and the tires are wearing out.
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!

As always, vehicle was great to drive. Looks like a cats’s butt sewed up with a grape vine! How can the car company I have always loved screw the apperance up so very badly? I am done with my beloved bow tie since my first 62 Chevy. Very sad indeed! They have even managed to mess up the Camaro in its appearance after an excellent 2010 reintroduction. The grille now has to be shipped in by rail due to size and the competition with Lexus and Toyota. The 2019 HD truck will make most Chevy fans throw up a bit in their mouth at first glance. Every new vehicle I have ever purchased has been a Chevy or Pontiac. I am planing to just fix what I have until I pass. I would rather walk than drive most boring, identical, ridiculous vehicles offered today. Impala was the last decent car offered by GM. Sad!
Buying our new vehicle was completely our decision. We never felt pressured by any employee. The process was quick and simple. The entire staff, from first contact to last, was very helpful in helping us find the exact vehicle we wanted and explain all the details along the way. They all carefully listened to our needs and succeeded in helping us find the best deal possible. We will definitely be back when we need to buy our next vehicle!

Loaded!! And tough. I love my truck! On star, SiriusXM, heated seats, USB and VAC plug ins, 4 WD (which is a must in Minnesota). I’ll never purchase another vehicle except a Silverado.
I just recently bought a new to my family 2015 Chevy Silverado from Calli; she was great to get us a wonderful deal! It first started due to our 2007 Chevy Tahoe that was put in their Service department due to some much needed maintenance. Brandon the Service Advisor was very helpful and went above and beyond any requests or conserns that my wife and I had. Whenever we decided to trade in the Tahoe we expected it to be a lengthy process however it was not it was a very quick process with very notible communication from all departments from the service department all the way to the financial department. My wife and I had our 19 month old son in the new car showroom with all the new Camaros and Corvettes! He was walking around the showroom looking at the new performance vehicles and wow what a site! Buying from Mark Allen Chevrolet was it a great experience! This dealership is very family friendly! I would highly recommend it! Not only did I receive a great experience buying the truck but whenever I went to pick up the truck with my father-in-law we met the owner (Mark) personally it???s nice to have an owner that is on site.
Aaron greated us with a smile and hand shake. He showed us a Chevy cruise that was very nice low miles, reasonable in price. When we asked him to look at something a little bigger no hesitation. This was the best experience and easiest experience I???ve ever had with buying a car. The person that I worked with over the Internet was actually the person that helped me when I got to the lot so that was not the initial bait and switch. Before I came onto their lot I researched all the other vehicles with my specifications in my price range and they had indeed picked out the best one of the bunch. They even let me do a little bit of haggling to make Me feel like I was a part of the deal but I can easily say that both sides walked away or should I say drove away a winner in this case.

From the time we walked into Mark Allan Chevrolet to the very last step we took out the door, we could not have been any more impressed. Upon arrival we already knew what vehicle we were interested in because we had previously visited the dealership after hours so we pulled up to the front. We had previously bought from 4 other dealerships and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't get swarmed. When we walked inside we met Robert, Tony and since Callie wasn't busy she also helped us out. We came on a Friday so we went over some numbers and spoke with Adam the GM a little about Veterens day coming up since we both had that in common. Most of the time the Admin are not as easily approachable so it was nice. They gave us a above average trade value for our car and competitive price for the new vehicle. None of the time we were there did feel any pressure. In fact, they let us take it home for the weekend to think about it and test it out. On Monday midday we texted our salesman because we liked the new car but found that we needed more room and found one at their sister dealership in sapulpa, Mark Allen GMC. By the time we got off work they had the vehicle detailed and ready to test out. We loved it and there was nothing in the area that was within 5k of the price of this vehicle. We decided to start the paperwork. We were absolutely amazed that they were not trying to pressure us into any extra purchases. They layed out all of the options and we decided to get the unbelievably affordable warranty. The deal process took no more than an hour, we have never experienced such a seamless transaction previously like we have today! Thank you Mark Allen Group, we LOVE our new car and appreciate the outstanding TEAM that made this so smooth!!!

Had a 2014 Silverado and loved it - just wanted to get the 6 passenger option in a LTZ with a Z71 package with larger wheels. The 2018 has this and much more (e.g. trailer brake gain, sunroof, rear camera, front and rear proximity alert, heated steering wheel, sliding rear window, auto dimming mirrors, etc.)
