Joyce Buick GMCReviews
Joyce Buick GMC review
Extremely kind and courteous people with great communication regarding their handling of repairs. I took my Buick in due to a recall of a part which was linked to a possible safety issue. Joyce Buick took care of it promptly and did a great job!
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Akron Auto SalesReviews
Akron Auto Sales review
It's been a long time since I've experienced such honest and caring service when buying an automobile as I have at Akron Auto Sales. I simply can't say enough good things about this family owned business, but I'll mention a few. The first contact with Rachael: I was running late due a traffic snarl and it was nearly their closing time. Rachel said not to worry we'll wait for you. When I got there I was slightly stressed, but Rachel was so relaxed and assured me to take whatever time I needed to look over the Toyota 4Runner I had called about. After a quick check of the car, I asked her to hold the car until morning when I could come back for a better. inspection. I subsequently bought the car and I really enjoy owning it. Now for the service AFTER the sale. The business addressed every little concern both at the time of sale and for several weeks afterward. Their mechanics are phenomenal. Jordan has an unbelievable memory and attentiveness to the details of my concerns, and even fixed several small items I was willing to do myself. I am just not used to such "old school" service where someone cares so much about the customer. I could easily go on and on. I would not hesitate to buy any car on their lot. They carefully choose their cars to resell and stand behind the cars. I highly recommend Akron Auto Sales. Enough said.

Serpentini Chevrolet - Strongsville review
Serpintini Chevy in Strongsville has always been top notch. However now they are all superstars and super friendly! My salesman David went far beyond my expectations!! He searched for the perfect car!! It wasn't what I was necessarily looking for but it turned out to be exactly what I needed!! GREAT TEAM EFFORT!! And everyone was so awesome about my 200 pound Bullmastiff!!!
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Serpentini Chevrolet OrrvilleReviews
Serpentini Chevrolet Orrville review
My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. Bob and his staff should be proud that they can offer this kind of service to customers every day! Thank you for my being able to drive my 2026 Equinox off of their lot LAST week!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Love how they send videos of what they looked at and go over everything. Very friendly staff. The gentlemen that drove me to and from work were very pleasant and personable.
