Have the custom crew 5.3 .only wish it had center storage and volume controls.these should be standard on a 40 thousand dollar truck.great family truck ,great for pulling and bed hauling.

Honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with! From owners , sales and service all A- one!
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

My car was on it's last leg and really needed to replace it. It was going to cost nearly twice as much to repair than the car was worth. Dylan and the others here did a great job of getting me approved for a nice used car. They were willing to work with me knowing my credit was not the best.

Serpintini Chevy in Strongsville has always been top notch. However now they are all superstars and super friendly! My salesman David went far beyond my expectations!! He searched for the perfect car!! It wasn't what I was necessarily looking for but it turned out to be exactly what I needed!! GREAT TEAM EFFORT!! And everyone was so awesome about my 200 pound Bullmastiff!!!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.
