Mercedes-Benz of PompanoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Pompano review
I found the Audi I had been searching for and secured the best price at this dealership. Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

I meet Mike the collision manger pertaining to my car and although he did not work with the insurance of the other person he did refer me another dealer and the manger was able to help and will be doing the work. Mike is a very helpful and honest person. The manager Danny from the other dealership was also very nice and helpful. Thank you Mike, I really appreciate appreciated your support.

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

We were attended to by several friendly employees. Our experience was the best we have ever had. The vehicle we bought was super clean and we are loving it so far. My husband just took it to our mechanic to check the breaks. So far we are very happy with our purchase and the very attentive staff that tended to us! Again great place to buy a car!!!

Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

Last week, I bought a car at AutoNation, and my experience with them was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, a very kind gentleman welcomed me and introduced me to Luis, who was incredibly patient and did his best to meet all my requirements—and there were quite a few. When I buy a car again, this is definitely the place I’ll come back to.
