The service manager, my service specialist and my salesman went out of their way way to resolve my issue right away. Originally there was a 5 day wait for a part but the service team was able to locate a part the next day. I highly recommend this dealership for service and sales.

I have purchased 5 vehicles form Knapp Chevrolet since 1999. Roger in the service department takes great care of my truck when I bring it in for service and Tatiana is the best in sales to buy from. Mr. Alex came out with fantastic service wrote my vehicle up and contacted me in two days with the out come and got me right into a loaner vehicle which I was so much happy to have.. I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.
