I found Ken Cernak very easy to speak with and ask questions about the various modles of not only Enclaves but also other new Buicks on the lot and showroom. We visited the showroom acouple of times and then took a test drive and made our decision. His daughter was extremely knowledgeable when we picked up our new vehicle she went through all of the features with us. The buidling was clean and well kept. Everyone wes very helpful. No one came on with any high pressured sales pitches.

This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I had seen the car I bought online and decided to go look at it. When I got there they were very friendly. I asked to take the car for a test ride and was happily sent on my way after a quick explanation how to start the car. When I got back Dave O’neil Was friendly and amazing when I said I wanted to buy the car. They guided me through the paper work and made my descision to go there the right one. Planned on spending about an hour for the required maintenance I was having done. Had a 9:00 a.m. appointment so I figured my vehicle would be ready around 10 baring and holdups. The Service Advisor assigned to me appeared in the waiting room around 9:30 and informed me my vehicle was ready. Cost was as quoted which was a pleasant surprise. Great place for service. Wouldn't go anywhere else if at all possible. Staff is very friendly, professional and courteous.
From being greeted at the drive in writeup , getting written up & speaking with the advisor , talking with the service director ,Steve , and paying the bill everyone was polite ,professional & friendly - service was excellent on my car Thank you
We have purchased MANY cars over the years at a certain dealership in Agawam, but, this was our FIRST experience at Balise Chevy Buick GMC on Hall of Fame Ave. in Springfield, MA. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a dependable car with a payment we could afford. We could tell that he loved his job! We were also impressed with the Sales Manager, Mike Spanilo. He chatted with us a few times (always with a smile ). We saw Mike interacting with all the other the employees and it was apparent that he was liked by all. HONESTLY, Gary made this the EASIEST and BEST experience we have had at a dealership... I went to Bertera Chevrolet to check out lease options for a new Silverado. Upon walking through the door I was greeted by Jason. Jason was great! He really catered to my every requested, answered every question on the spot, and continually checked with the finance department on the status of the paperwork.
