I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.
Outstanding service again to my 04 Corvette. Service engine light was on, troubleshooting and repair was done in about an hour. Service rep came into waiting area, explained service required and it was done in a quick efficient manner. Very polite, friendly and expert service staff. Outstanding!
We have purchased trucks and cars from Pinegar Branson for many years. Every one here is the very best there is in this business. We would not think of going anywhere else. It is always the same throughout this organization . All people are very friendly towards us. This is a great place.
I contacted Clay Maxey Ford through cars.com. They promptly responded and I started a line of communication with Blake Scott about purchasing the vehicle. It was over an hour drive from my house to the dealership, but it was well worth it. The purchasing process was very trouble free and I am very happy with my truck and the service they provided.
In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.
The service was supreme as always but the customer service could use some fine tuning. This was the first time we had experienced the run around from the people behind the service desk but Ms. April would always shoot straight and the guy in her place now was not there to please the customer just to get the customer out of his hair. We was told that the injectors would be there on Thursday because they were out on Wednesday but on Friday afternoon the injectors were still not there except for one new one. The service guy needs to not story to the customer but the service itself was great and the problem was fixed but the hold up was the folks behind the desk.
This is the only dealership I will have any of our trucks or farm vehicles serviced at. Friendly fast service
