One thing that really stood out was the way he took the time to visually explain the difference between buying and leasing…something that can feel overwhelming. He broke it down in a way that actually made sense, and I never once felt pressured. Instead, it genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind. There was none of the typical sales pitch energy that can make car buying stressful, which I truly appreciated. Cody also went above and beyond by moving a vehicle indoors so I could look it over comfortably despite the freezing temperatures and high winds. He made sure I fully understood the deal and then walked me through the vehicle so I felt confident using everything before leaving. I also want to recognize Tito and Ray in the finance department. They made that part of the process incredibly smooth, taking the time to explain each form clearly and walking me through everything step by step. Their attention to detail was impressive. Overall, this was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve had before. I never felt rushed or treated like just another number. Every associate I worked with, from sales to finance, clearly cared about delivering exceptional service. I can’t recommend Frank Leta Honda enough.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

Vehicle replace a 23 year old truck and has so many features that were not even available. Rear camera's and other safety features make this easy to drive even for the vertically challenged.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

I just purchased a 2016 pre-owned Toyota Tundra from Jim Trenary of Troy. If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I bought a 22 Ford Bronco from Clement Ford in December 22 and have had on scheduled service which went great using the valet service they provide. However, what really impressed me was this week I had an issue with the bead locks on my wheels. I spoke to Jerry and Alex in their service department and they were able remove the bolts I was having issues with, allowed me to use the valet service once again, and didn't even charge me for the time. I'm very happy with my experience with them so far!

Found me a truck that I have been looking for. Had several on the lot but I’m very picky and knew what I wanted. Since they didn’t have the exact thing u was looking for, the salesman spent the rest of the day finding my truck. He went personally and picked it up and got it through service very fast and I was ready to roll with all tests ran and a great truck on top of it. Absolutely would go to this dealership again. For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty
