I ordered this truck with specific options to carry a truck camper. The camper has not yet arrived so I can’t speak to the truck’s capability in that regard. I’ve only driven the truck 300 miles, but so far so good. The ride is firm, but not harsh. The Duramax engine is relatively quiet, has enormous power, and great acceleration. The dual rear wheels grip the curvy mountain roads in my region. I anticipate many reliable years and miles with this truck.

Effortlessly pulls our trailer, (bumper pull). It's only 6k pounds, I know that's lite for this truck but I don't even feel the trailer back there. Lot of interior room, seats are very comfortable for long trips. I have to get used to the dually back end. I absolutely love this truck. Never another ford!!!!!!

Absolutely the best dealer hands down. I have bought at least 6 cars from Impex and every single time they exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good things.

They did most stuff right. They were pretty straight forward and to the point with minimal xxxxxx business. The one notable exception was that they lost the second key. It is pretty normal except for a car dealer to lose a key except that they told us they had it. When they figured out they lost the key instead of doing the right thing they told us they were not paying for the key. They told us we could just not buy the car as a solution if we did not like it. So they were rotten about the key.

Saw truck on their website it was reasonably priced and looked very clean. Drove hour and half to get there was not dissapointed. Merlin was great to deal with upfront and honest. Facilities were very nice and clean. Buying process was simple and easy unlike big dealerships. Truck runs great will return when looking for another vehicle. Friendly courtious customer service! Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.

After about a month of searching for a car, Endless visits to dealership they just didn't have the car I wanted, or we just couldn't come to deal. I was looking online and found the car I wanted, but it was over an hour away at Cox Auto. So, i gave them a call and spoke with a salesman (Travis) told him what I was looking for and wanted and within a few text messages and two phone calls we made a deal went the dealership and within a few hours i was driving away in my new car.
